This is a reminder that the 2009 Wilderness Basics course is just around the corner.  The first night of class is Tuesday January 20th at 7pm at the Scottish Rite Center in Mission Valley.  This year is shaping up to be a lot of fun.  A lot of great trips are being planned (including a fun car camp I will be leading to a great area in the Anza-Borrego Desert).  If you are new to camping and backpacking,  or have experience and want to spend some time with some like minded individuals,  join us for this worthwhile event.
